PHYSICAL STORE POLICIES
Of course we always hope you are pleased with your purchase.
Our General Return Policy is as follows:
If you are not completely satisfied with your retail store purchase, you may exchange any item(s) in original condition, tags attached, within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept for exchange any item(s) that have been laundered, worn, altered, embroidered or screen printed.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
We ship all orders via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. USPS and FedEx are available upon request. If your order is in-stock and placed before 11 am MST, it will ship same day. If your order is in-stock and placed after 11 am MST, it will ship the next business day. All orders placed on a national holiday will ship the next business day. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only.
Please allow 7-10 business days for all in-stock items to be received by customers.
Shipping costs are not refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping cost associated with returns. If you refuse delivery the cost of shipment back to us will be deducted from your return.
We recommend you return items via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery.
International customers are responsible for paying any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by their local government. Additional shipping charges may also apply in some cases.
Cancelling or Deleting an Account
Cancelling or deleting an account does not constitute a return or refund of ordered items. If you delete your account after ordering, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your order and receive a refund.

This information is used to complete your order and to keep you updated on the status of your order. Your contact information may be used to contact you when necessary or to provide information to you about our products, services, and promotions.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Of course we always hope you are pleased with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return any item(s) in original condition, tags attached, for a REFUND within 30 days of receipt. We cannot accept for any return any item(s) that have been washed, worn, altered, embroidered or screen printed.
All non-apparel items may only be returned within 30 days of receipt in original condition and original packaging including manual and accessories with the product to avoid any additional fees.
For repair, maintenance, and warranty service that is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
If your wish is to EXCHANGE an online purchase, the amount of the ordered item will be refunded and you will need to re-order through the website. Shipping costs for returned items are not refundable.
Please allow 14-21 days for your refund to process.
Merchandise purchased at any of our retail stores will not be accepted for return or exchange online.
